The requirements towards foreigners intending to apply for MSc studies

SECOND-Cycle STUDIES

Registration dates:

Full-time - second-cycle studies

The Admissions Committee (MKR) - Building "V", ground floor room V7, ul. Powstańców Warszawy 12. Registration of candidates in the Internet Recruitment System and payment of the recruitment fee.

Submission of a portfolio by candidates for the course of architecture.·        

After registration, the candidate submits documents to the Admissions Committee (MKR).

The Persons applying for a place in a dormitory are asked to mark this fact while the registration in the Internet Recruitment System (SIR) https://rekrutacja.prz.edu.pl/wybor-rekrutacji

The Admissions Committee (MKR) will determine the final number of points taken into account while the recruitment.
A candidate is accepted only after fulfilling all of the criteria.

 The documents to be required:

1. The personal data form (PODANIE SIR) printed from the Internet Recruitment System and signed by the candidate.

2. An original BSc diploma authenticated with an Apostille or Legalisation, together with its translation confirmed by a sworn translator or the consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where it was issued or any other document received abroad entitling to apply to for MSc studies.

In the case of a diploma which according to the law in effect is subjected to nostrification – a written decision of the respective body. The nostrification process is regulated by the decree of the Minister of Science and Higher Education as of 19th August 2015.

* If the certificate, the foreign diploma was issued by a country that does not belong to the EU, EFTA, OECD, or one with which Poland has not concluded appropriate education recognition agreements - then we recommend confirming that the foreign certificate entitles you to apply for admission to higher education in the country of issue.

3. A photo uploaded in the application SIR.

4. A passport (for review).

5. A visa, residence card, or any other document allowing for a stay in Poland.

Citizens of the European Union may stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland for up to 3 months. After this deadline, they must register their stay at the Department of Citizens' and Foreigners' Affairs of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office in Rzeszów.

6. A medical certificate - stating that there are no contraindications to undertake studies + original translation into Polish.

In the absence of insurance, the candidate admitted to studies is obliged to take out insurance with the National Health Fund immediately after starting education or present a valid insurance policy. The candidate makes a statement.

7. [ Studies in Polish]  A document confirming Polish language knowledge level B2 (a certificate of completing a one-year preparatory course). 

   [ Studies in English]  A document confirming English language knowledge level B2. 

8. A declaration of an exemption from fees for education (if applicable).

9. A declaration of the validity of the provided data.

Candidates submit the documents in person to the Admissions Committee (MKR) within the deadline determined in the recruitment schedule.
