The Rzeszów University of Technology's campus includes 7 students’ dormitories: Akapit, Alchemik, Arcus, Ikar, Nestor, Pingwin and Promień, providing accommodation for ca. 2.5 thousand of students.
All dormitories are well-furnished and well-equipped. The rooms have internal and external telephone communication systems and an Internet access. In the dormitories there are gyms, laundries, shops. The dormitories are surrounded by green areas suitable for rest and recreation.
The safety of the residing students is guaranteed through monitoring the facilities and providing a professional security service. Students are responsible for keeping rooms clean.
From the academic year 2025/26 exchange students are located only in Ikar dormitory.
Students who are coming only for the winter semester will be provided accommodation starting from 30th September till no longer than 15th February. Students coming for the summer semester will be accommodated not earlier than from 28th February.
All incoming students are guaranteed a place in the dormitory. However, accommodation will be provided according to the type of rooms available at the time of application. Single rooms are scarce thus they are reserved only to strudents with disabilities. Students are placed in rooms randomy by the dorm managers so if you would like to live with a fellow colleague from the same university you need to mark that while registering in SIR.
Monthly rent varies from 170 to 190 Euro depending on the type of a room. Students are notified about the precise amount upon room distribution. The Accommodation Agreement for Students is signed after arrival to the dormitory including the rules and obligations dwellers must respect.

Before arrival students are requested to pay a deposit of 400 EURO or 400 USD. Payment is done upon the request from the Department of International Cooperation. Read the Accommodation Agreement above to know what the deposit money is for.
