In the academic year 2015/16 at our institution we will carry out project within Key Action 1 – Mobility of Individuals Mobility of learners and staff – cooperation with partner countries, Region 2. The budget will allow for the following incoming mobilities:

Schedule:
October 2015 – incoming mobility – administrative staff training, setting the rules and procedures for organizing the mobilities,
October/November 2015 – application of students and selection, project promotion,
November 2015 – preparing the documentation for beneficiaries. The deadline for student application - 30th November
November/December 2015 – recruitment of teachers, beginning of mobility,
February 2016 – student mobility,
June 2016 – end of mobilities,
30th September 2016 – end of the project
October/November 2016 - summing up and dissemination of results.
Organization of the mobilities
All the procedures and completion of the project will be in accordance with the Erasmus+ Programme Guide and Erasmus Policy Statement. Recruitment and selection of the beneficiaries will be based on the set of rules established between the partners and compliant with the principles of equality and transparency. Both partners in the project signed "Magna Charta Universitatum” and actively participate in the reforms of educational system according to the Bologna Process. Since 2016 the National Technical University of Ukraine uses ECTS points, and in 2011 initiated issuance of the Diploma Supplement.
