Visit of Professor Oksana Vovk
Collaboration between
IGNACY LUKASIEWICZ RZESZOW UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY and NATIONAL AVIATION UNIVERSITY in KIEV
Ignacy Lukasiewicz Rzeszow University of Technology has been visited by Professor Oksana Vovk from National Aviation University (Department of Ecology) in Kiev, Ukraine. The visit took place from 12 to 16 December 2017 in the frame of ERASMUS+ Programme, which is being carried out by Department of International Cooperation of RUT.
The schedule of the visit involved lecturing on topics such as Sustainable Development Goals for Building and Design Sector, SDGS for Urban Infrastructure, Fundamentals of Environmental Project Management. The teaching mobility took place at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering with the assistance of associated professor Katarzyna Pietrucha-Urbanik and the worker of the Department of Building Engineering MSc Joanna Krasoń.
Prof. Oksana Vovk visited Laboratory of Building Materials and Laboratory of Building Physics and got acquainted with the results of investigation on compressive strength tests of building ceramics, concrete and mortars material hardness testing presented by MSc Joanna Krasoń.
Prof. Oksana Vovk has also met with the vice-rector for International Cooperation prof. Grzegorz Ostasz. During the meeting the perspectives of further international cooperation between both Universities have been discussed.
