We kindly invite you to participate in the 3rd Staff Week, which will take place from 4th May till 8th May 2026 in the city of Rzeszów, Poland.
During the Staff Week participants will have the unique opportunity to engage in a wide range of different activities. The programme features lectures, insights into the university’s capacity and networking. These activities will enable you to exchange ideas and explore potential areas of cooperation with participants from different parts of the globe.
We welcome staff members from universities, research institutions, and other related organisations, bringing their unique perspectives and expertise to contribute to the development of the international academic community.

Due to restricted capacity of the event the maximum of 2 staff members from a given institution can partake.
The event has no registration fee. To cover the costs of travel, accommodation and meals, you can apply to Erasmus+ financial support at your home institution.
