Welcome Day Plan

In the current Winter Semester the university is hosting 45 Erasmus students from France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Turkey coming to RUT from the partner universities.

On 3rd October the students were welcomed by prof. Grzegorz Ostasz, Vice-Rector for Students Affairs, acting Erasmus Institutional Coordinator, Ms Edyta Ptaszek the head of the Dept. of International Cooperation and Monika Stanisz responsible for organizing students’ stay at the university. The students received all necessary information including studies, accommodation, responsibilities and obligations of a RUT student. As a part of an integration activities they were invited to go to Fly Park as well as to visit Lańcut Castle in the nearby town.

Partner Universities

Studies under the Erasmus Programme are indisputably the most popular form of an academic mobility among students of higher education institutions. Arrival of the exchange students is always an awaited moment and underlines the international character of the university as such. The incoming Erasmus students become a part of the academic community intermingle with home students to create lively and vibrant study environment.

Currently we are hosting student of: Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, University of Seville, Munzur University, Universidade do Minho, Coimbra Institute of Engineering, Universidad de Oviedo, Universidade de Aveiro, University of the Basque Country, Eskisehir Technical University, Universidade de Coimbra, Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, Erciyes University, Universidade da Beira Interior.
