It was colourful, tasty and, above all, international. On 8th October 2024 during the International Day at the Rzeszów University of Technology participants of the Erasmus programme and the 'free mover' path met with students of the Rzeszów University of Technology interested in taking part in the program in the future. The event organized by the Department of International Cooperation is very popular among students every year.
International Day is an event aimed at promoting the Erasmus programme among students of RUT as well as integrating international students in the academic and local environment. The meeting was opened by Bartosz Mjiller, DSc, PhD. Eng., Associate Prof. Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Internationalization. The stands were visited in large numbers by local students and employees, as well as foreign students studying at other universities in Rzeszów, who could feel the atmosphere of being in a multicultural community.
Visitors could learn more about broad variety countries from all around the world, universities, study plans and practical aspects of studying abroad. Exchange students were eager to share their knowledge and experience with people who intend to participate in the Erasmus programme in the future.
