From 16th till 20th April our university had a pleasure to host lecturers from different parts of the globe in the frames of the Erasmus Plus programme carried out by the Department of International Cooperation. Prof. Alberto Fonseca, prof. Eneida Sant'Anna from the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil gave the lectures at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Architecture, Eka Lekashvili, PhD from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Georgia at the Faculty of Management and Mykola Tsiuman, PhD from National Transport University, Ukraine at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics.
In the course of the visit our guests except for lecturing had the chance to meet with Deans and Vice-deans of the respective faculties and the Vice-Rector of International Cooperation prof. Grzegorz Ostasz, DSc, PhD. It was a great opportunity not only to promote our university among partners but to discuss future scientific cooperation as an added value to the mobility. In the following months fulfilling consequent phases of the project and further exchange of teachers and staff is planned.
Our guests managed to see our beautiful city and some touristic attractions in the region among them charming and delightsome Łańcut Castle.
