Rzeszów University of Technology joined The Baltic University Program (BUP)

The Rzeszów University of Technology has become a member of The Baltic University Program (BUP), one of the largest university networks in the world, currently associating 93 member universities in the Baltic Sea region. Universities jointly promote internationalization, with an emphasis on sustainable development and democracy.

The Rzeszów University of Technology is the 29th Polish university that joined the association. March 16 this year. representatives of the Rzeszów University of Technology took part in the national BUP webinar addressed to universities in Poland, during which the action plan for 2021 and the new BUP strategy for 2021-2025 were presented.

Membership in The Baltic University Program (BUP) entitles the university to participate in projects and courses and conferences organized by BUP partners. Academics, teachers, and students have priority participation in all activities of The Baltic University Program, and also gain access to the following BUP events:

  • Conferences for academic teachers.
  • Conferences and seminars for researchers.
  • Conferences for graduate and undergraduate students.
  • Summer courses for graduate and undergraduate students.
  • Application for a Mobility Grant for young scientists.
  • The Rectors' Conference is held every three years.
