Universities
As every semester we welcome a new group of Erasmus students to our university. 37 students from Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey and Lithuania has entered the Rzeszów University of Technology. By adding first semester student s extending their stay at RUT over the second semester the total number of Erasmus students at RUT is 56. We are glad that Erasmus want to stay with us longer, and the number of students willing to participate in the Erasmus program in PRz is constantly growing. As part of a bilateral agreement with the Chinese university Huazhong University of Science and Technology we are hosting first student at PRz.
Welcome Day
During the meeting the students were welcomed by the vice-rector for student affairs prof. Grzegorz Ostasz, head of the Department of International Cooperation, Edyta Ptaszek, MA, and Erasmus coordinator of incoming students, Monika Stanisz, MA. Students received necessary information on the organization of education, accommodation, or contact to department coordinators.
As part of the Welcome Day, students were offered a trip to the trampoline park. Sightseeing trip showing interesting places in our region will take place in April.
