It is a studio founded in 1996 by Toño Foraster and Victoria Garriga. Since 2017 it has been directed by Toño Foraster.

Our services cover all aspects of architecture and engineering necessary for the development of any BUILDING, PLANNING, LANDSCAPING AND INTERIOR DESIGN project.
Comprehensive Service: We take charge of the entire project, from advice on the acquisition of the plot or property, preliminary and feasibility studies, functional programming, preliminary project, basic project, execution project, strategy and obtaining of permits, supervision of the bidding process and technical management of the work.
We work with our own team of architects who are experts in the development of projects with BIM methodology, focused on improving quality and optimizing processes.
We have a network of expert technicians in the different specialties: structural calculation, acoustics, facilities engineering, budgets and measurements, landscaping and legal urban planning.
We are used to working together with Project Management teams on large-scale projects. For these occasions and for the rest of the projects, we have implemented an internal protocol for verification and weekly decision-making that allows us to advance each phase of the project in an argued manner.
We focus on offering close support so that the project and construction processes are agile, profitable and positive. We offer you direct dialogue with the person responsible for the contract.
