The role of the Student Ambassadors is to cooperate with the participating universities to serve as a contact person between their home university and its students and the BUP Coordinating Secretariat in Uppsala as well as the National Centre. Applications for the autumn semester 2023 is open until 20 August 2023.
Within your role, you can have different focuses, social media, research communication, and event planning. Based on your focus you will be able to work closely with students that share your interest.
Our past Student Ambassadors have, among many things, contributed to our work with the BUP Research Notes Letter, our event reports, a BUP participating university sustainability report
, material for social media such as an introduction video to the BUP as well as ideas and suggestions for improvements to our events.
All Student Ambassadors will receive a letter of recommendation from the BUP Coordinating Secretariat as well as an official certificate acknowledging their work for the BUP.
